MidloMed, unlike large corporations and investor-owned practices, is owned and led by a dedicated healthcare professional who values quality over quantity. It is built on years of experience and a deep commitment to compassionate care, shaped by not only Gina Smoot's career as a nurse and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner but her personal life as an uninsured patient, mother, and full-time worker trying to navigate ever-increasing demands.
Years of working in a healthcare system where profit often overshadows patient care and providers' schedules take precedence over patients' needs, Gina became frustrated with the corporate-driven focus and lack of flexibility for those balancing busy lives— forced to choose between family, work, and their own well-being. Motivated by this, she founded MidloMed to create a practice that puts patients first and provides the flexibility they need to stop putting themselves last.
MidloMed is driven by a genuine commitment to providing exceptional, accessible care—not profit motives. Here, the well-being of our patients is the true focus and at the heart of everything we do.
Our goal is to deliver affordable, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to prioritize their health while accommodating their busy lives. We are committed to fostering genuine relationships and offering accessible solutions that prioritize quality and ensure our patients needs always come first.
