Helpful Information:

Both in-person and telehealth visits are available during extended hours on weekdays and on Saturdays.
Telemed or video visits are available all open hours/days.
In person visits are available all open hours/days except for Wednesdays.
Same day scheduling available requiring only 4 hours advanced notice. If you wish to schedule a visit with less notice please call or text us and we will do our best to accommodate.
If scheduled for a telephone visit, we will call you at your appt time using the number provided.
If scheduled for a video visit you must login to the patient portal and click the video button to begin your visit and the provider will join you.
All video visits require you to show your ID before starting your visit so please make sure to have your ID on hand prior to your appt.
